The main component of the diet of most species of ornamental birds kept at home is seeds.

However, even the richest foods are not able to provide all the necessary vitamins, trace elements and amino acids, especially during periods of greatest demand for these substances, such as adulthood, hatching and hatching.

Deficiencies of vitamins, micronutrients and amino acids can cause bird deterioration, delayed growth, reduced immunity and reproductive problems.
