RENALACTIV is an innovative nutritional supplement that combines three active ingredients in the right proportions: lanthanum carbonate, Lespedeza Capitata extract and chitosan. The product is designed to support kidney function in dogs and cats.
Support of Kidney Function: The unique composition of RENALACTIV caps contributes to the good functioning of the kidneys.
The flavonoids contained in Lespedeza Capitata extract are angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors – they stimulate the renal parenchyma, increase diuresis and reduce blood urea concentration without disturbing electrolyte balance.
Lanthanum carbonate reduces the absorption of phosphorus in the gastrointestinal tract.
Chitosan is a D-glucosamine polymer that reduces phosphorus absorption during renal dysfunction.
Composition: Starch, Lespedeza Capitata Extract, Magnesium Stearate, Chitosan, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Carbonate (capsule), Potassium Acetate (capsule).
Analytical Ingredients: Moisture <8%, Protein 1.7%, Fiber 56.5%, Fat 4.2%, Ash 13.6%, Magnesium 0.2%, Calcium 0.6%, Starch 12.8%, Potassium 0.1%. Additional Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Methyl Cellulose (shell), Citric Acid, Carrageenan (shell), Lanthanum Carbonate (150 mg/capsule).
Instructions for Use: Recommended daily dosage depending on the body weight of the animal:
For every 5kg – 1 capsule
If necessary, open the capsule and mix the contents into the food. If the feeding method is based only on dry food, it should be slightly moistened to ensure good adhesion of the contents of the capsule and its complete absorption. Storage: Store in a cool and shady place.
