Dosage:
dog < 5 kg: 0.5 tablet per day
dog 5–10 kg: 1 tablet per day
dog 10–20 kg: 2 tablets per day
dog 20–40 kg: 3 tablets per day
dog > 40 kg: 4 tablets per day
