Quiko Bianco Eggfood

Quiko Bianco is a high quality rearing food for white, light canaries and mosaics. Also suitable for forest birds and exotics. Quiko Bianco contains nutrients needed by young and adult birds during breeding and molting. It does not contain egg and color additives, thus preventing unwanted color deposits, especially in mosaic canaries. Quiko Bianco contains honey and vitamins. Especially the contained vitamin A supports white-grounded, recessive bird species, which cannot process provitamin A naturally or only to a limited extent. It can be given as a condition feed all year round. When rearing woodland birds, it is recommended to supplement the rearing feed with animal protein (e.g. pinkies, buffalo worms or meal worms).

A varied diet is especially important to keep your birds healthy. Grain foods are low in protein and essential vitamins. Pelleted and heated foods do not offer variety and are poorly accepted by birds. Therefore, supplement conventional foods with Quiko rearing food to increase protein and vitamin intake. Since most birds eat the rearing food first, it is ideal for mixing in vitamins or medications when needed.

Due to the higher content of vitamin D3 compared to complete feeds, Quiko Bianco may only be up to 25% of the daily ration.

During the breeding period Quiko Bianco should be fed daily and slightly moistened. During the showing and moulting period, Quiko Bianco is given 2 to 3 times a week as a condition feed.
